Friendly Neighbors

Friendly Neighbors of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church of Oakland are a group of volunteers that have a very simple goal; to coordinate services and goods for those who have expressed a need. Volunteers answer phones in the Parish Center Monday and Tuesday evenings from 7:30 - 9:00 pm.
