All discovery requests must be submitted in writing. Include all pertinent information: date, case number, type of incident etc. Your name and address must be printed or typed, including a phone number where you can be reached.
Sign and date your request and submit it to the Records Bureau either in person, by mail, fax (201) 337-5802 or email.
There will be a fee for the processing of this request. The fee consists of a per page fee of $0.05 per page, 81/2 x 14” is $0.07 per page. There is a cost for any requests for a CD, DVD, or USB thumbdrives.
Upon completion of said request, there will be a discovery receipt attached with the costs involved. It can either be mailed or picked up at headquarters.
