If I register my child(ren) and don’t attend camp, can I receive a refund?

It will take special circumstances to receive a refund.  We have a "NO REFUND " policy that exists across all recreational activities/sports.  These are the only special circumstances that people may receive a refund:

  1. YOUR FAMILY IS MOVING OUT OF OAKLAND DURING THE TIME YOUR CHILD WAS SIGNED UP TO ATTEND CAMP.
  2. AN ILLNESS/SICKNESS/ MEDICAL DISABILITY THAT PROHIBITS THE CHILD FROM ATTENDING CAMP DURING THE TIME YOUR CHILD WAS SIGNED UP TO ATTEND CAMP.
  3.  A FAMILY CRISIS THAT PROHIBITS THE CHILD FROM ATTENDING CAMP DURING THE WEEKS THAT THEY WERE SIGNED UP TO ATTEND CAMP.
  4. LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT BY THE PARENT(S)/LEGAL GUARDIAN(S) THAT PROHIBITS THE CHILD FROM ATTENDING CAMP DURING THE WEEKS THAT THEY WERE SIGNED UP TO ATTEND CAMP.

ALL OF THE ABOVE ARE CONTINGENT ON PROPER DOCUMENTATION FROM A CERTIFIED PHYSICIAN, LAWYER, AND/OR EMPLOYER .
