Creative Bergen Hosts Inaugural Arts Amble

Scheduled for June 11, 12, and 13
Arts Amble - 2021

Founded in 2020, Creative Bergen emerged as a non-profit task force with the goals of providing regular community art events, securing profitable opportunities for artists, makers, and performers, and providing opportunities for individual community members and businesses to engage with and support the arts in Bergen County.  A registered 501(c)3, Creative Bergen is making their first major push towards achieving these goals with the Arts Amble.

Inspired by art crawls around the country, the Arts Amble is a three day countywide event, taking place in multiple municipalities throughout Bergen County.  Arts Amble will provide the opportunity for artists, makers, and performers to showcase their talent and generate income.  Our community will benefit from the Arts Amble through increased tourism, improved community status, social capital, and new business opportunities.  Restaurants supporting the Arts Amble will be featured on www.ArtsAmble.org and recommended as locations to dine at during the event.

Those attending the event will have access to both print and e-brochures to guide them through the various venues participating in the Arts Amble.  The e-brochure will be updated up until the week prior to the event start date, allowing for late entries to be included.   A listing of locations to pick up print brochures will be available on the website, as well as on Creative Bergen social media pages.

Creative Bergen is honored to have some of the most talented, interesting, and innovative artists participating in the Arts Amble.  Mediums include paintings, photography, sculpture, woodwork, fiber weaving, dance, live readings, musicians, singers, and more.  Beginning May 1st a full listing of participants can be found at www.ArtsAmble.org, as well as the schedule of events.

Mark your calendars for June 11th, 12th & 13th to enjoy incredible artwork and performances throughout Bergen County.  The Arts Amble is a free event, and open to the public.  For additional information please visit www.ArtsAmble.org
