Oakland Recreation Announces 2021 Indian Hills Football Camp

Oakland Recreation's Indian Hills Football Camp for children entering grades 3-8 is now open for registration on Community Pass. 

The camp will take place from July 12, 2021 to July 15, 2021 at Truman Field, 60 Roosevelt Boulevard, Oakland, N.J. 07436. from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. 

The cost is $125.00 for the program. 

Oakland Recreation's goal is to provide every camper with the fundamentals necessary to make them the best football player they can be. It is also our objective that every player has fun while learning the game of football. The players will be broken into age groups and skill level in order to keep competition as fair as possible and to maximize learning opportunities. We have the most dedicated staff of area coaches and former players who have tremendous football knowledge and want to convey that knowledge to future high school and college players. We also have a very low coach to camper ratio to ensure more personalized instruction.

Please note that all New Jersey COVID-19 guidelines will be adhered to. Campers are asked to bring their own water bottle, snack, and cleats with them for each session. It is also suggested to bring gloves and a face mask.

Camp Features: 

• Instruction in all phases of the game, skills & drills for all positions, game competition, personal skills test and a camp t-shirt.
