Borough Clerk

The Borough Clerk is charged with statutory responsibility as outlined in N.J.S.A. 40A:9-133.

As secretary to the Governing Body, the Borough Clerk assists with preparation of the meeting agenda and records the minutes of all Mayor and Council meetings.  The Borough Clerk oversees all elections and is the registrar of voters for the Borough of Oakland.  The Borough Clerk maintains the records of the Borough of Oakland.
