Mayor's Message - February 2021

I dedicate this message to Oakland Councilman Robert Knapp, Jr, who resigned his council seat at the end of this month because he is relocating to New York State.

Bobby, as we all know him, has taken a new job that requires him to leave Oakland.

Bobby attended his last council meeting on January 27, 2021, at which time I read the attached Proclamation.

We will miss Councilman Knapp and wish him, and his wife, Andrea, the best.
