Please be reminded that, as of July 1st, 2026, the Borough of Oakland will have a new solid waste collection provider....
To make TAX or UTILITY payment online via CREDIT CARD or e-CHECK go to the Payment Services (PSN) sign-on page.
To have your TAX or UTILITY payment made through DIRECT WITHDRAWAL from your bank account setup an automatic ACH payment.
Account Status:
To check your account balance and to find your TAX and UTILITY Account numbers go to the WIPP.
TAX and UTILITY Account numbers can be found on your bills.
There is a $1.10 charge for e-Checks, 2.75% fee for credit cards, and no charge for ACH payments. An additional fee of $0.50 is applied for payments below $100.00.
