Accident/Police Reports
The Oakland Police Department will not release any report prior to five (5) business days. All reports need to be reviewed prior to being released. It is in your best interest to contact the Records Bureau after the five (5) day time period to check if it has been completed. The Records Bureau can be reached at 201-405-7720.
