“To the residents who received a water utility bill, Billing Period of 02/20/22 to 05/25/2022 with a due date of 07/05/2022, you were billed incorrectly. The issue has been corrected, and the bills have been re-mailed with a new due date of 07/06/2022. In the note section of the corrected water utility bill, it will state, “THIS IS YOUR CORRECTED BILL DUE 07/06/2022.” These bills are for properties located on our cycle 4 billing only.“

All residential and commercial properties being transferred should have a final meter reading and final bill prior to transfer. A final reading requires access to the inside meter. Please provide a few days’ notice when scheduling a final reading.
