Borough of Oakland Announces Voluntary Water Conservation Measures

Oakland, N.J. - July 11, 2022 - Due to the recent dry weather, the increasing water demand has been impacting the Borough of Oakland water supply. As a result, the Borough of Oakland is asking residents to voluntarily discontinue outside watering, especially lawn watering, until further notice. 

The Borough appreciates any help from our residents to ensure our water remains adequate. With your help, these water conservation measures will remain voluntary.
