Public Notice - Estimated Tax Bills

Due to the late adoption of the County Budget, the State is not able to certify a final 2022 tax rate in time for the 3rd quarter. Therefore, we will once again be sending out estimated tax bills. 

The 2022 estimated tax bills will be mailed out by June 30th per State Statute, however tax amounts are available to view on the WIPP page of our website at: https://wipp.edmundsassoc.com/Wipp/?wippid=02 as of today. 

The due date for third quarter property taxes is August 1st. The 2022 final/2023 Preliminary Tax Bill will be mailed by September 30th. Fourth quarter taxes will be due on November 1st.

Successful County Tax Board Appeals will be reflected in the 4th quarter and the 1st half of the 2023 tax billing.
