State of New Jersey Announces Free Admission to State Parks, Forests & Recreation Areas

Entry to all of New Jersey’s state parks, forests, and recreation areas this summer will be free of charge.
 
Park entrance fees will be waived for all visitors arriving by foot, bicycle, motorcycle, or passenger car. Anyone who already purchased a 2022 annual State Park Pass will be receiving a full refund.
 
Other individual park fees remain in place, including but not limited to camping, entry to historic buildings, interpretive programs, and mobile sport fishing permits.
