Rental Dwellings Survey

To comply with a New Jersey Law which recently came into effect, the Borough needs to identify all rental dwellings. Under the Lead Based Paint Inspection Law (P.L. 2021, c. 182), rental dwellings that were built prior to 1978 must be inspected periodically and upon a change in tenancy.
