Transportation- Oakland Senior Center Bus Runs once a week to Shoprite or other locations within Oakland by request. Call the Senior Center for current schedule (201) 405-7731 Bergen County Transportation Provides free door-to-door transporation within Bergen County for Doctor's Appointments. Reservations must be made two weeks in advance. (201) 368-5955 Go-Go Grandparent Assists Individuals with making appointments with Ride Sharing Companies such as Uber & Lyft without the use of a smart phone. Riders will call the phone number and they will place the ride request on their behalf. When they are ready for their return ride, they call the number again and they will place the ride request.
