AFFORDABLE HOUSING UPDATE
At the Case management Conference and Hearing held on Monday, May 18th, Judge Corriston granted TDC’s motion and removed the Page Drive access restriction from Ordinance 26-CODE-986. The matter of site access will thus be left for the Planning Board to decide if and when a site plan application is submitted to the Board.
