Pre-Applications Now Being Accepted
March and April Deadlines

Senator Holly Schepisi and Assemblyman John Azzariti would like to share that five Bergen County locations will be accepting preliminary affordable housing applications.

Time sensitive deadlines - no late applications will be accepted.
Details on each location noted below.
Separate applications must be made to each housing location.

EAST RUTHERFORD
3/17/2025 DEADLINE

315 Railroad Ave has opened up their waitlist again!

This property will feature a total of 4 family apartments; 1-, 2- and 3- bedrooms very-low, low, and moderate income units for rent to income-qualified households. A random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before 1:00 PM, Monday March 17th, 2025, after which the waiting list may be closed.

FAIR LAWN
3/18/2025 DEADLINE

The Fair Lawn Commons located at 1 Croucher Ln, Fair Lawn, NJ 07410 has a select number of one-, two- and three- bedroom apartments are set aside as affordable rental homes with reduced rents for low and moderate income-qualified households. This is an existing property and the list is being re-opened. A random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before 1:00 PM, Tuesday March 18th, 2025, after which the waiting list may be closed.

TEANECK
3/31/2025 DEADLINE

The Marq located at 329 Alfred Ave, Teaneck, NJ will feature a total of 38 family apartments; Studio, 1-, 2- and 3- bedrooms very-low, low, and moderate income units for rent to income-qualified households. A random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before 1:00 PM, Monday March 31st, 2025, after which the waiting list may be closed.

HAWORTH
4/11/2025 DEADLINE

160 Terrace Street in Haworth, NJ will feature a total of 2 family apartments; 2- bedrooms low, and moderate income units for rent to income-qualified households. A random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before 1:00 PM, Friday April 11th, 2025, after which the waiting list may be closed.

GLEN ROCK
4/15/2025 DEADLINE

Glen Rock Apartments located at 175 Rock Rd, Glen Rock, NJ 07452 will feature a total of 14 family apartments; 1-3 bedrooms very low, low, and moderate income units for rent to income-qualified households. A random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before 1:00 PM, Tuesday April 15th, 2025, after which the waiting list may be closed.
