Garbage Collection Notice: New Collection Provider Starting July 1st

Please be reminded that, as of July 1st, 2026, the Borough of Oakland will have a new solid waste collection provider. Oakland has entered into a shared services agreement with the Borough of Pompton Lakes to provide comprehensive garbage, recycling, and yard waste collection services.
