The Records Bureau is comprised of a Police Lieutenant, and 1 Full Time Police Records Clerk. It is the responsibility of the Records Bureau to classify reports, maintain an information database, submit reports to State and Federal Agencies, answer requests for discovery, process firearm and other applications as well as other administrative functions.
Accident reports can be picked up at the Records Department window located in the Police lobby between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday.
For after hours pickup of reports notify the Records Department during regular business hours. Accident reports will then be left at the Police Desk available for pickup at your convenience.
