2026 Outdoor Market Vendor Registration Form
Health Department Food Vendor Permit
**Not all vendors are required to obtain a Fire Permit; however, for those that do, the permit fee is $100 and covers up to seven (7) consecutive events. An additional $100 fee will apply for a second set of up to seven (7) consecutive events, in accordance with Borough ordinance.**
Please note that not all sections of the Fire Prevention Application apply to every applicant. Any pages or requirements that are not applicable to your business may be disregarded.
