To file a complaint against a member of the Oakland Police Department you can:

1. Call (201)-337-6171 and ask for the Internal Affairs Unit or the on-duty supervisor.
2. Respond to the Oakland Police Department and ask to speak with a member of the Internal Affairs Unit or on-duty supervisor.
3. Complete the Internal Affairs Report Form and email it to tkeenan@oaklandpolice.us
